Our Beef

  • Steers are born and raised from registered mother cows within our own herd, ensuring known genetics, consistent quality, and responsible stewardship from birth.

  • Our steers graze year-round on healthy pastures with careful attention to nutrition, health, and low-stress environments. No growth hormones, antibiotics, or confinement.

  • We aim to finish our Black Angus steers on grain for 120 days, giving them the time they need to reach ideal condition. This process produces beef with excellent marbling, texture, flavor, and consistency while ensuring cattle remain healthy, calm, and well-managed right up to harvest.

Quarter Beef Shares

Our USDA processed quarter beef shares are priced at $15 per pound of packaged beef based on the final take-home weight from the butcher.

A quarter share can be expected to yield between 110-175 pounds ($1,650-$2,625) of beef depending on the size of the animal. The meat is available for pickup or local (Central Coast) delivery only.
